Repairs were usually completed within a week when requested. The auto-pay portal stopped charging utilities for several months and all tenants received a very unprofessional & angry email, blaming tenants for the management company's mistake. Expressed that the unit was satisfactory during pre moveout walkthrough (much cleaner than move-in; the floors were filthy!) but deducted cleaning fees from the security deposit. The cleaning service they used was affiliated with Premium Properties.
