Review guidelines
ReLease only works if reviews are honest and fair. These rules take 30 seconds to read and keep everyone protected — including you.
Do
- Share your own first-hand experience renting the place.
- Stick to facts: was your deposit returned, how quickly were repairs handled, how did the lease end.
- Be specific and fair — the goal is to help the next student decide.
Don't
- Name or identify individual people in accusations of crimes or illegal conduct.
- Post personal or contact information — yours or anyone else's (phone numbers, emails, unit-level personal details).
- Post things you didn't experience yourself, or rumors and hearsay.
- Use harassment, slurs, or threats.
What happens to your review
- A person reviews your submission before any of it appears publicly.
- We remove anything that breaks these rules.
