Only issue was move-in: the unit was not ready by the date they originally said it would be (repainted). The landlord(?) Tony was great, but their new on-site manager Andrew is super unreliable and not very helpful. Late dropping off keys upon move-in, bad response time, etc. Got security back in full without really doing any deep cleaning or touchups. Resolved a rent billing issue quickly and without undiscussed fees/fines. Overall quite happy with my experience.
