Delivered unit with trash & previous tenant's property—left me to clean. Landlord stores a large amount of personal property in cabinets, yard, & sheds allocated to us in lease agreement. Frequently requested rent payment several weeks in advance for a discount. Had an amicable relationship with landlord for the first two years of tenancy until we started requesting repairs. After a few months without any repairs being done, we involved city code enforcement and the relationship became hostile.
