Avoid at all costs! 1 manager spread across six properties and they refuse to give out landlords information. 1 year lease had 200/month move in discount. Manager told us that we could renew with same discount. Waited 11 months, completely ignored. 200 taken from deposit, took three calls to get an itemized list, and still has not responded to request for photos/receipts months later. Completely ignored amicable requests as well as demand letter. Not worth suing over 200 but just don’t rent here
